By accessing or using PokerFriday ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
PokerFriday is a home game management platform that allows users to create clubs, schedule poker games, invite players, track RSVPs, and maintain season-long leaderboards. The Service is provided on a freemium basis, with optional paid subscription tiers offering additional features.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — access to paid features continues until then, and no prorated refunds are issued. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to impersonate any person or entity, to scrape or systematically extract data from the Service, or to interfere with the proper operation of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Club Data & Player Emails
Club owners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to add players to their roster and to send invitations on their behalf. Player email addresses collected through the Service are used exclusively for club-related communications (invitations, game notifications, and scheduling polls). We do not sell or share player email addresses with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and password when you register. For paid subscriptions, billing information is handled directly by Stripe — we do not store your payment card details. We also collect information generated by your use of the Service, such as clubs created, games scheduled, and RSVP responses.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to send transactional emails (game invitations, scheduling polls, account notices), and to process subscription payments. We do not use your personal information for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only with the third-party services necessary to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy) and Postmark for transactional email delivery. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
